We have the right machine for every requirement. Our highly modern machinery consists of more than one hundred machine tools. This enables us to machine bars of 2 mm to 65 mm diameter and chucked parts of up to 175 mm diameter. We predominantly use 4- to 8-axis CNC-controlled systems, processing centres and mechanically controlled automatic lathes from renowned manufacturers such as Gildemeister, Index, Traub, Tschudin or Studer.

Our systems enable us to achieve production tolerances up to 2 μm. The grinding machines operate in climate-controlled rooms to reduce variations in workpiece dimensions. We have all of the equipment and skills for further processing such as drilling, milling, deburring, honing and grinding enabling us to also produce
ready-to-install products.
