Further processing of the turned parts by means of grinding, honing and deburring allows us to achieve a very high-quality product finish. The process capability is of key importance when grinding, which is why we check that workpiece dimensions remain the same while being processed. Our Studer machines accurately grind in series production to 2 μm, while constant climate-controls minimise variations in workpiece dimensions. We use high frequency spindles with up to 120,000 UpM for the internal grinding process. We use CBN or Corundum as the cutter.

Our precision machining particularly makes us the right partner for customers from the hydraulic sector. Production processes such as surface, external and internal grinding and honing enable us to guarantee that even the tightest production tolerances are precisely adhered to.
