We have developed a number of Kanban models that can be adapted to the sector and the size of your company – and to your own individual needs as well, of course.

goods that you require are available to you
at all times in sufficient
quantities.
2. The
empty bins are removed and transported back to OTTO ROTH.
3. At OTTO ROTH the empty bins are scanned and filled individually.
4. The filled bins are delivered to you at the agreed
time. On request, also with a shelf filling service.
