The company was founded in the year 1914 by Otto Roth as a trading company for mechanical connection elements and a manufacturer in the field of turning and fine machining technology. Development of the market position and growth was significantly influenced and driven by Mr. Roth’s nephew, Carl Roth, and son-in-law, Albert Grässle.
Nowadays the skills and the continuing development of
the company are in the hands of qualified economist and engineer Rainer Grässle
(managing partner) and Johannes-Otto Roth (silent partner).
