The products which
we deliver must comply with relevant ISO or DIN product and basic standards
along with the customer’s specific requirements (drawings and specifications).
Quality must be
produced and not inspected. All processes and procedures are to be implemented
or improved so that a fault-free product or service is produced.
High standards in all company business areas
Quality concerns all areas of
the company and is not just restricted to the quality of the products. A
particularly important quality factor is treatment of and attitude towards
customers, suppliers and colleagues because the company always strives for high
and consistent customer satisfaction.
Each member of staff must apply their quality and environmental awareness to the essential matter of consistent avoidance of errors (zero-error target) and the correction of organisational faults. The aim is to achieve continuous performance improvement with reference to both the quality of our products and processes and our effects on the environment.
