Product quality
The products which
we deliver must comply with relevant ISO or DIN product and basic standards
along with the customer’s specific requirements (drawings and specifications).
Efficient processes
Quality must be
produced and not inspected. All processes and procedures are to be implemented
or improved so that a fault-free product or service is produced.
High standards in all company business areas
Quality concerns all areas of
the company and is not just restricted to the quality of the products. A
particularly important quality factor is treatment of and attitude towards
customers, suppliers and colleagues because the company always strives for high
and consistent customer satisfaction.
Target fixation
Each
member of staff must apply their quality and environmental awareness to the
essential matter of consistent avoidance of errors (zero-error target) and the
correction of organisational faults. The aim is to achieve continuous
performance improvement with reference to both the quality of our products and
processes and our effects on the environment.
Protection of the environment
We regard
efforts towards protecting the environment as a duty to our customers and
members of staff as well as towards our neighbours, fellow citizens and the
generations to come. Apart from complying with the requirements of
environmental legislation, we strive for a continual improvement of our
environmental performance.
For these reasons, we maintain an open dialogue with the authorities, our
business partners and the general public.
Conservation of resources
We are a company which is
oriented towards the demands of sustainable environmental protection and
conservation of resources in our enterprise activities. Through the
conservation of our resources, we not only contribute to environmental
protection but also reduce our own costs.
Target orientation in the field of the environment protection
The
company has set itself targets in the field of environmental protection with
the formulation of environmental policies. The plans established there are
checked at regular intervals and it is ensured that future developments are taken
into account in these guidelines.
