Highest quality standards have always been at the core of the OTTO ROTH brand. We are continuously expanding and developing our quality management system to meet the expectations of our customers and also particularly our own expectations of ourselves. We have been certified in this area since 1995 and in September 2015 we received our latest certification in accordance with standard ISO 9001:2015.
The main focus of our quality management system is the continuous optimisation of all quality-related processes as well as the ongoing training and professional development of our employees within the entire group of companies. Our advanced quality planning process helps us to permanently improve the communication, organisation and management of the entire process chain – from our suppliers through to our customers. Additionally, we also carry out requirement analyses in advance at our customers' premises, thus enabling us to offer solutions that perfectly meet the relevant requirements.
We are also continuously working towards improving our quality assurance. This comprises, amongst other things, efficient supplier management, thorough incoming goods inspections, comprehensive services and laboratories with the latest testing and measurement equipment.
The aim of these measures is to guarantee our customers around the world a consistently high quality of all of the products and services supplied by us.
