Save time and be flexible with fluctuating C-parts requirements: the new OTTO ROTH kanban system makes it possible as it operates independently of containers. The method is based on removable barcode labels that are not permanently linked to the load carrier. The neutral containers are filled, labelled and delivered by us.

Once a container is empty, its label is scanned to reorder the corresponding C-parts. We provide you with a smartphone featuring our own kanban app for scanning labels. You can use this to change, add or delete scanned data prior to sending it.

The OTTO ROTH app sends us your order in real time, and customer orders are generated automatically. We immediately provide the required C-parts and take care of removing empty kanban containers at a later point. Scanned labels are disposed of after use.

The benefit for you: compared with conventional kanban models, you save up to six working days. You can also react particularly quickly to deviations or peak demands in your C-parts supply. Depending on the item size and quantity consumed, you have various container types at your disposal. We also optionally offer our comprehensive service which involves topping up and maintaining your kanban shelves.
