In traditional kanban logistics, containers are the information carriers to which the labels are affixed. With the single-container kanban system, the containers are divided into two parts. The rear part provides the reserve stock. If your employees start using this, the system can trigger an order in various ways. Until new goods arrive, employees simply use up the reserve stock. This simplifies processes and increases the availability of C-parts.
