"Thinking and acting for success of our customers"– working according to this motto has, helped us to develop long-term cooperative partnerships with our customers, which are then consolidated and developed during the entire product life cycle following the sampling phase. Our objective is to always provide the best possible solution.
During the initial stage, the drawings submitted by the customer are checked for the feasibility of controlled production as well as any missing or contradictory specifications to exclude any manufacturing mistakes from the outset and to avoid any additional costs and delays.
The actual challenge then starts – choosing between the optimum production technology and production method to further increase the cost-effectiveness of the products. Upon request, we will also be happy to suggest alternative materials that are currently available without compromising on the functionality and quality of the products. The assembly sequences during production at the customer's site are also taken into consideration during this process.
During the sampling phase, we also monitor and coordinate the complete production process and take over full control of supplier and logistic management – while, of course, maintaining a continuous dialogue with the customer. We will continue to support our customers in this regard, also after once parts have been included in series production.
To counteract material price increases and material shortages, we recommend concluding long-term blanket orders with us for any parts required on a continuous basis. Our customers' procurement and warehousing costs can be minimised on a sustained basis thanks to our efficient C-parts management process.
