Working to the most stringent tolerances is often absolutely essential in our sector, which is why quality assurance is our highest priority. Highly qualified employees working with the latest technology and implementing various tests and checks guarantee adherence to all standards and our high requirements.
Spectral analyses that are completed at the incoming goods inspection stage guarantee that raw materials are specified correctly. Regular interim inspections at the machines and in the QA laboratory accompany every stage of the manufacturing process. The latest testing methods along with numerous optical and tactile measuring and testing instruments are used to analyse the strength, shape, position, contour and layer thickness. During storage and transport, we also use suitable, protective packaging to guarantee that you receive the high-quality parts undamaged.
We continuously expand and develop our quality management system that has been certified since 1995. The quality of the entire production process is monitored at all times guaranteeing an extremely high delivery quality of almost 100 per cent. We are happy to supply our customers with test reports for documentation purposes. This ensures traceability right back to the base material.
