We are aware of our social responsibility towards the environment. This is why efficient use of limited resources has always been an integral part of our company philosophy. This is also reflected by our certified environment management system according to standard ISO 14001.

Sustainable handling is our obligation towards our customers and employees as well as our fellow citizens and following generations. We use energy, raw and auxiliary materials responsibly, taking their effects on the environment into consideration.

In addition to adhering to all the environmental statutory requirements, we also want to continuously improve our environmental performance. This is why we regularly and voluntarily participate in the ECOfit project. This environmental consulting programme in the Federal state of Baden-Württemberg aims to promote the environmentally responsible behaviour of companies. As part of ECOfit, we are integrated in a network in which questions about environmental matters are exchanged and work with the Environmental Protection Agency in Stuttgart, Germany, and local companies to improve corporate environmental protection. Since 2007, we have received seven successive awards for our environmental performance.
